Our mission in breeding is to produce puppies with big beautiful blocky head types, dark n rich mahogany markings, tree trunk bones with an excellent temperament, excellent health & conformation. 
 

Because we play with our puppies on a daily basis, they will be well adjusted too people & kids, which will make their transition to their new forever home, a seamless one. 
 

If you decide to purchase a puppy from us, you can expect a weekly video of the pregnant/expecting mother to be and once the puppies are born, you can also expect photos twice a week of the puppies and a few videos during their stay with us. We take a lot of pride n joy in establishing a bond with all of our buyers and if you read through our "Brutus Offsprings" tabs, you'll see many responses from our past buyers and how well we kept them informed throughout the whole process. Once you become a buyer of one of my babies, you will not be treated as a business transaction, you will become part of our family and you can rest assure that I will be begging you for updates/photos of my babies after they l

 

 

Deposit:

A minimum $300 non-refundable deposit will be required in order for us to hold a puppy for you. If you choose to place a deposit prior to a litter being born, please be FULLY committed to transfer your deposit to a future litter if we don't produce enough puppies in the expecting litter to cover all deposits. If you have to transfer a deposit, please also be FULLY committed to wait up to 4-8 mths before another breeding will take place.

 

Puppy Selection Process:

I get this question asked often...How do you handle your puppy selection process? We handle our puppy selection in the order in which a buyer places a deposit. Example: if you place a deposit down for a female and nobody else has, then you'll get 1st pick over everybody else. If this same buyer is wanting full registration then we will have to let the buyer know which puppies are eligible for full registration. NOT all puppies are born without any AKC faults. An AKC fault can be something as simple as an off bite and/ or off markings such as the white patch of hairs on their chest that are sometimes produced within the rottie lines. Some breeders could careless which puppy a buyer selects but in the long run if a buyer is looking to breed and/ or show a dog, that offspring is linked back to your pedigrees and we wouldn't want to disappoint any buyer aiming to breed/show. If a buyer has 1st pick male/female and they only want limited registration, they will still have the right to pick any puppy out of the litter. It is all, 1st come 1st served. 

 

Pick Up Date & Time - Extended Stay Policies:

We start our puppy selection process between 4-5 weeks in age and after they have been vet checked. Once our buyers select which puppy they want, we will then schedule a specific pick up date & time once the puppy is 8 weeks old. In the event that a buyer needs the puppy to stay longer than 8 weeks, there will be a $15.00 per day fee to cover food, boarding and cleanup maintenance. If your puppy stays longer than 8 weeks in age, it may also need additional dewormers/shots. An extra dewormer is $15.00 and an extra shot will be $20.00. All extended stay fees and any remaining balance must be paid in full and in cash at the time of pickup or the puppy shall not be released.

 

Visiting our Kennel

 

As you can imagine a breeders day is pretty much consumed with the daily upkeep of the kennels, both inside and outside, along with the proper welfare for the dogs & puppies. We ask all buyers visiting our facility to be 100% ready with adding a new addition to their family prior to visiting us. If you like our dogs, their pedigree, their temperament and our facility, then great. Let's have a discussion about your household and the environment one of my babies will be placed in prior to placing a deposit down. If you come out and you don't like what you see, please feel free to shop around. We simply do not have the resources available to allow buyers to visit us multiple times before they make up their mind on whether they want a puppy from us or another breeder. I can ensure you though, what you see on our website, will be the same dogs/paperwork that you see when you get out here.

 

Visiting our Puppies - If you have placed a deposit

 

All buyers that have placed a deposit on a puppy are allowed to come out to our facility once the puppies are a minimum of 4 weeks in age and every weekend after that point. Puppies should be treated as we do with our  new born babies and should be kept inside, in a climate controlled facility & with only our kennel staff handling them up until they are older.

 

Visiting our Puppies - If you have not placed a deposit

 

If we don't have all of the puppies sold prior to our puppy selection process, which normally happens around 4-5 weeks old, we will allow a buyer the opportunity to come out one time and see the puppies that aren't claimed by other buyers. Your appointment will also have to be booked after our puppy selection process has already taken place to know which puppies have not been sold.

 

In order to stay within AKC standards, Black Jade Rottweilers will always dock the tail and remove the dewclaws.

• An airline ticket can cost between $300-$400+ (US to US shipping only for an 8 week old puppy)

• Airline approved crate $75

• Food & water bowl for the crate $10-$15

• Health Certificate specific for the puppies flight $85 (this health certificate must be obtained within 10 days from departure)

• Breeders time & transportation fee to commute puppy to the airport $50 (we are approx 1 hr from the airport with traffic)
